Any personal information you provide will be stored securely and used only for purposes related to the counselling service, unless disclosure is required by law or there is a safeguarding concern.

If you have any concerns about the service you receive or how your personal information is handled, please raise them with me in the first instance so that I can respond through my complaints procedure. If the matter cannot be resolved satisfactorily, you may be able to make a complaint to the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). Concerns regarding the handling of personal data may also be referred to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
